What is Rimbun Saujana Residency?
Rimbun Saujana Residency is the first phase of Saujana Development's 50-acre master plan in Saujana. It was opened for sale in July 2024, and The Edge reported a 30% take-up by November 2024.[2] The four towers (Blocks A1, A2, B1 and B2) each hold 84 homes over 11 residential floors, above two car park levels, with only eight homes per floor.[1][2] The developer markets the layout as "semi-D in the sky": every home is semi-detached, with a courtyard of about 75–88 sq ft between the grille door and the main door.[1][2]
Every layout comes in a balcony or a lanai version, and the developer describes selected layouts as dual-key enabled. Each home has 2 car parks.[1]

What comes with each home?
The approved specifications list a reinforced concrete structure, ceramic floor tiles with laminated timber flooring in the bedrooms, ceramic tiles up to ceiling level in the kitchen and bathrooms, a centralised water heater point, 3–5 air-conditioning points and 4–6 ceiling fan points depending on the type, and a fibre wall socket.[1] Any furnishing or appliance package is TBC; ask Jessica for the current developer package.

Security and convenience features include 24-hour multi-tier security, RFID access, a 4-lane grand entrance, a separate car park entrance, EV charging stations, a dedicated e-hailing pick-up point, a parcel point and storage rooms for rent.[1] The developer says it intends to have the project certified as a green building on completion; the rating and certification are TBC.[1][2]
