Privacy Notice (English)
Who we are. This notice is issued by Jessica Leong, Registered Estate Agent E 3208, practising with PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd (E (1) 1800/1) ("we"), for the website klselangorestates.com.
What we collect. When you use the enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, the project you are interested in, your message, the page you sent it from, and the date and time.
Why we use it. To reply to your enquiry; to send price lists, floor plans and information you request; to arrange viewings; and, with your agreement, to process a purchase. If you tick the optional box, we also send you updates on new launches in Petaling Jaya and Selangor.
Source. We collect personal data directly from you.
Who we may share it with. PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd; and, only where needed for your enquiry or purchase and with your agreement, the relevant developer, panel lawyers and bankers. We do not sell your personal data.
Is it compulsory? Your name, mobile number and consent are required so we can reply. If you do not provide them, we cannot respond through the form, but you can still WhatsApp or call us. Email, message and marketing updates are optional.
Your choices and rights. You may ask to access or correct your personal data, limit how we use it, or withdraw consent (including for marketing updates) at any time by contacting Jessica Leong on 010-464 6088.
Security and retention. Enquiries are sent by email and may be kept in a private file on our web host that is not publicly accessible. We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the purposes above.
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English version prevails.

Siapa kami. Notis ini dikeluarkan oleh Jessica Leong, Ejen Harta Tanah Berdaftar E 3208, yang beramal dengan PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd (E (1) 1800/1) ("kami"), bagi laman web klselangorestates.com.
Data yang dikumpul. Apabila anda menggunakan borang pertanyaan, WhatsApp atau telefon, kami mengumpul nama, nombor telefon bimbit, alamat e-mel (pilihan), projek yang diminati, mesej anda, halaman yang digunakan, serta tarikh dan masa.
Tujuan. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan anda; menghantar senarai harga, pelan lantai dan maklumat yang diminta; mengatur lawatan; dan, dengan persetujuan anda, memproses pembelian. Jika anda menandakan kotak pilihan, kami juga akan menghantar maklumat terkini tentang projek baharu di Petaling Jaya dan Selangor.
Sumber. Data peribadi dikumpul terus daripada anda.
Pihak ketiga. PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd; dan, hanya jika perlu bagi pertanyaan atau pembelian anda serta dengan persetujuan anda, pemaju berkaitan, peguam panel dan pihak bank. Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda.
Wajib atau sukarela. Nama, nombor telefon bimbit dan persetujuan anda adalah wajib supaya kami dapat menjawab. Jika tidak diberikan, kami tidak dapat menjawab melalui borang, tetapi anda masih boleh menghubungi kami melalui WhatsApp atau telefon. E-mel, mesej dan maklumat pemasaran adalah pilihan.
Pilihan dan hak anda. Anda boleh meminta akses kepada atau pembetulan data peribadi anda, mengehadkan pemprosesannya, atau menarik balik persetujuan (termasuk bagi maklumat pemasaran) pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi Jessica Leong di 010-464 6088.
Keselamatan dan penyimpanan. Pertanyaan dihantar melalui e-mel dan mungkin disimpan dalam fail peribadi di pelayan laman web yang tidak boleh diakses awam. Kami menyimpan pertanyaan hanya selama yang perlu bagi tujuan di atas.
Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
