What is Ukay Spring?
Ukay Spring is a 56-acre Malton development. Phase 1 plans 116 two-and-a-half-storey superlink "link villas" (22 × 80 ft, about 3,114 sq ft) and 26 three-storey semi-detached homes (40 × 90 ft, about 4,682 sq ft).[1][2][5] Later phases are planned to include Rumah Selangorku townhouses, apartments and shops.[2] Malton held a priority preview at the on-site gallery in July 2026.[3]

Not officially. Malton held a priority preview in July 2026,[3] but no advertising & sale permit has been issued and the project is not on the KPKT TEDUH register as at 17 Oct 2026.[4] Under the Housing Development Act a developer may not advertise or sell before the permit is issued.
How much will Ukay Spring cost?
No prices have been approved yet. Jessica will share the approved price list once the developer has the permit.
Is Ukay Spring in Kuala Lumpur?
No. It is in Selangor, in Bandar Hulu Kelang (Gombak district), under Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya.[2]
