What is NCT Smart Industrial Park?
NCT Group describes NSIP as the first certified Managed Industrial Park (MIP), developed and managed by the group and endorsed by Invest Selangor.[1] The master plan includes detached, semi-detached and link factories, built-to-suit plots, a commercial hub, a petrol station and centralised labour quarters.[1] NCT Alliance is adding a 176.71-acre parcel next to the park.[3]

No permit is needed. The Housing Development Act controls the development of housing accommodation; industrial property is not covered, so there is no developer licence or advertising permit from KPKT and no statutory SPA. Your rights depend on the SPA, so have your own lawyer review it.[4]
