As of October 2026, Jessica Leong markets seven projects in Taman Desa and along Old Klang Road (Jalan Klang Lama), Kuala Lumpur. Four are on sale with KPKT-approved prices from RM534,880 to RM1,615,800: The Atas (Taman Desa), Lunar Seputeh (Seputeh), Aras Residences (W City OUG) and Kuchai Uptown (Kuchai Lama). Which completes first?
The Atas shows the earliest vacant possession date on the KPKT TEDUH register (11 Sep 2028), but the register rates its progress "Lewat" (behind schedule) at about 33% built. Kuchai Uptown gives November 2028 and is about 79.5% built. Aras Residences gives December 2029 and Lunar Seputeh December 2030. The binding date is the one in your SPA.

How do I check a developer's licence and advertising permit?
Search the permit or licence number, or the registered project name, on the KPKT TEDUH portal (teduh.kpkt.gov.my). Each project page lists the numbers found so far, with validity dates.
Do I pay Jessica a fee when I buy a new launch?
For developer projects, Jessica is normally appointed through the developer, so buyers are not usually charged an agency fee. She will confirm this in writing before you book.
