Of the projects on sale, Centrix The Station lists the lowest minimum price in its approved particulars (RM907,800), followed by Divine KLCC Block B (RM968,000). AETAS Taman Desa has no approved price yet because it has not launched.
Which KL projects are freehold?
Armani Hallson KLCC, CloutHaus Residences, AETAS Taman Desa and Lagenda Tunku are freehold. Centrix The Station (lease to 2113) and Divine KLCC (lease to 2122) are leasehold.
Which completes first?
Lagenda Tunku is already completed and ready to move in. Of the projects on sale, Armani Hallson KLCC gives April 2028 in its approved advertisement, then CloutHaus Residences (January 2029), Centrix The Station (July 2029) and Divine KLCC (Q2 2032).
When will AETAS Taman Desa launch?
It has not been launched yet; the developer is targeting the fourth quarter of 2026. Approved prices and the permit will be shown once they are issued. Register your interest with Jessica to hear first.

How do I check a developer's licence and advertising permit?
Search the permit or licence number, or the registered project name, on the KPKT TEDUH portal (teduh.kpkt.gov.my). Each project page lists the numbers found so far, with validity dates.
Do I pay Jessica a fee when I buy a new launch?
For developer projects, Jessica is normally appointed through the developer, so buyers are not usually charged an agency fee. She will confirm this in writing before you book.
