AETAS Taman Desa is the third project in Avaland's AETAS collection, after Aetas Damansara and Aetas Seputeh.[1] It is planned on a 3.93-acre freehold site that the developer bought in 2023, on one of the highest points in Taman Desa.[1][2] The developer is targeting a launch in the fourth quarter of 2026.[1]
