Centrix The Station sits directly above Dang Wangi LRT and has the lowest approved starting price of the four on sale. Armani Hallson KLCC is freehold with the earliest completion date in its approved advertisement (April 2028). Divine KLCC is about 400 m from KLCC LRT and Suria KLCC. CloutHaus Residences is freehold, across from the Petronas Twin Towers. AETAS Taman Desa is not launched yet, and Lagenda Tunku is a completed enclave of seven freehold bungalows.
